Candy, die erst im vergangenen Jahr ihr Debütalbum Good To Feel über Triple B Records veröffentlichten, haben bei Releapse Records unterschrieben.
Dort wird die Band am 25. Oktober 2019 eine erste Single namens Super-Stare auf 7″-Vinyl herausbringen, die ab sofort vorbestellt werden kann. Die beiden Songs, Super-Stare und Win Free Love, können bereits jetzt im Stream angehört werden.
Candy selbst zur neuen Single:
„Super-Stare“ is agoraphobia rather than claustrophobia. The ultimate trip; the song is a journey into a testing ground in which each living thing tries every day not to be eaten. As it unravels, the listener grows oppressed by the great weight of the music around them and gradually loses confidence in orderly civilization.
